Etiquette Audit

This "ten step process" addresses the needs of most clients with respect to their working needs, assesses their current level of skill and defines specific goals and objectives within realistic timeframes.  Some of the steps would be an assessment of the current level of comfort, what the primary needs are respecting the social settings in which the individual currently works in,  what new challenges may be presented and a strategy developed to address both current and future needs.  "Learning by doing" is emphasised as is a modelling technique by the coach.  Exposure to social events such as networking meetings, wine tastings, corporate functions and restaurants is emphasized.

Common needs are:

Corporate Entertaining

The Business Lunch or Tea

Hosting Business Dinners at Home

The Job Interview over a Meal

Introducing a Spouse or Partner

Wine Selection, Wine Tasting Etiquette and Dining Protocols

The Selection of Dining Room Accessories

Sporting Events, Conferences and Corporate Functions

Presentation Skills

This one on one process utilizes a unique method within the principles of "G.I.F.T." What are the essential needs in achieving a "Grabber",  what keeps the listener interested and gets them to tune into your talk or presentation?  The "Introduction" in importance and format is polished and perfected and then the question of the "Foundation" of the presentation inclusive of the essentials in the "Termination" of the presentation.

Through the effective use of digital audio and video recordings and experiential coaching, the effective support of the needs of each candidate is key to the success.  Metrics and evalation tools are utilized and effectively developing his or her skill base in a short period of time is always achieved.

Programs vary from a five hour session and review to a series of one on one sessions over a three-month period of time.

Various investment levels are presented based on the indivdual needs of the presenter.

Image Evaluation

This one on one process involves a highly skilled coach or a small team of consultants that completes an initial evaluation of both the candidate and the working or job environment and develops an appropriate program design to meet the needs of both the individual and their respective needs

Coaching occurs in a confidential environment with open discussion and exercises, honest feedback and assistance and the design of an effective action plan.

The evalution can include a wardrobe analysis, shopping trips and visits to various advisors such as health practitioners, grooming specialists and other professionals.

Program length varies based on each individual requirement.
